We need much more information to be able to help you, such as:
1. Do you have a bookkeeping system in place?
2. Are your books upto date?
3. Does the work need to be done onsite?
4. How many bank accounts / credit cards
5. what volume of paperwork is there?
6. Payroll? How many staff?
7. What version of Quickbooks are you using?
